QRGEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevQR operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

15. Termination

DevQR may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
